If you want to manage the hosting yourself we recommend either Hostgator or Bluehost in the USA or 1 and 1 in the UK.
We will supply a MYSQL database of your content and a ZIP file of your custom folder that will allow you to move onto another host.
If you want us to do that for you, then no problem, we can smoothly transition onto a cheap host.
