2. What make your product or service special?
3. How long have you been operating?
4. What do your customers say about you?
5. Who are your competitors?
6. What have you done on the internet so far?
7. What is your level of experience with marketing offline and online?
8. What do you want from your business?
9. How much time to you want to put into marketing the business each month?
10. What time scales are you working to?
11. What else do you think I should know that is not covered above?
