Pricing for Support

All support requests are made using the support ticketing system.

Support is free if your question is about the features and services of the Power Blog Service.

Support is also free if your questions pertains to one of the articles in our monthly newsletter

Support is also free if your questions pertains to one of the monthly WordPress or SEO tutorials.

Support that is specific to your website is typically not free. If your question is about your own site, or if to answer it, we need to look at your web site or log into it to fix a problem on your behalf. This means you only pay for one on one technical support when you need it.

Technical support is paid using Power Blog Service “Support Credits”. Each credit gives you up to 30 minutes of technical support. Your current balance of technical support credits and shown on your member dashboard as are you ‘open’ support tickets.
